I love physical activity and am personally a huge believer in a pro-active lifestyle to combat 'the blues'. Once a down-in-the-dumps kinda guy, I've found solace in exercise. It's really a great way to not only stay in shape, but to actually live! Rising from the ashes, constant motion (mixed with some good laughs) has become my instinct. Now I share my experiences with others and help people to be the best they can be, physically and mentally!
